рецепт овощного бульона "позаимствован" из сообщества :ru_vegetarian

Овощной бульон (1,5 л): 250 г репчатого лука, 1 большая морковка (очищенная), 1 небольшая редька или клубень сельдерея (очищенные), 1 корешок петрушки, 1 лавровый лист, 1 зубчик чеснока, черный перец горошком, 2 л воды. Довести до кипения и варить на медленном огне 45 минут (с полуприкрытой крышкой).

Можно сразу много сварить и порционно заморозить
